  • I'm a former resident of Old Town, ME and I remember listening to the Jimmie and Dick show on WABI Radio, Bangor, ME. in the 40's and 50's. Also attended a number of their concerts. AH!! What memories!! I have tried the Internet trying to locate some recordings with no luck. Maybe someone can provide me with information. I'm surprise that there is no mention of them by the Academy.

  • i would like to know if you have any knowledge of a band that played about in the 50's or maybe a little later in witch two of the artists were tate and larry latham. this was a live radio show and they lived in ither livermore falls or in jay maine. thanks if you can help. jennyp2666@hotmail.com

  • I am so disgusted that Keith Urban was not nomiated at the awards this year, you nominate Blake Sheldon, who is no were near as good as Keith, haven't you seen Keiths, concerts, he is everywhere, does a heck of a lot for the music, I can tell you read the messages a whole lot of us are truly disgusted, I am done with you all, will just buy Keith C D and go to his concerts which are amazing, no wonder he has a major following

  • You have a great site, very informative. I have seen many great country musicians here in Maine. I have a radio show at Colby College and even though its small in wattage it streams on the internet. I play great country music, if you want to send along some CD's or MP3's that would be great.
